To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bexley's total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid to Bexley in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Binding Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

• Class action lawsuits are prohibited
• Each party is responsible for their own costs and fees

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our Sites and Services are owned by or licensed to Bexley. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

User Submissions
